Problem Reporting Guidelines
To provide the best support, we will need a specific description of your issue. At a minimum, please include the following information:
- First and last name
- Company name and address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Product name and a brief functional description / feature set
- Processor including revision number and speed
- Operating system and BIOS
- Product stage: development, prototype, production
- Specific description of your issue
- The number of units experiencing the issue (i.e. one, 10%, all, etc.)
- The procedure and steps to reproduce the issue (Can you reproduce it on an AMD development board?)
- The steps you have taken to understand and debug the situation
