 Custom overscan / underscan settings reset at reboot

Issue Description:
An issue was identified in which a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) connected display monitor(s) may lose it's custom overscan / underscan settings each time the system is rebooted.

Technical Details :
This issue affects ATI Radeon series graphics cards connected to a display device(s) using a HDMI connection and running Windows®  7 or Windows Vista® (32-Bit and / or 64-bit Edition).

Recommendation:
An ATI Catalyst 10.9a hotfix has been released to address this issue.

Download and install the ATI Catalyst hotfix from the following location:

Refer to Article 20870 for detailed instructions on how to properly install the ATI Catalyst Hotfix.

Note! This hotfix is provided as is and not supported by AMD. It has not completed full AMD testing and is only a driver update.
