STEAM Games on AMD FX platforms

Issue Description:
The user experiences issues when running STEAM enabled games on AMD FX platforms, the game might not run properly and one or any of the following scenarios might happen:

The system freezes and a reboot is required
The game crashes and displays an error message
The game crashes and abnormally exits to the desktop

Users experiencing these types of issues when running STEAM enabled games on AMD FX platforms should update their motherboard bios from their respective motherboard manufacturer.
