KNOWN ISSUES

The following section provides a summary of open issues that may be experienced under the Windows 8 operating system with the AMD Catalyst™ Windows 8 Preview Driver. These include:

• The driver installation process may display intermittent error messages.
• Screen resolution may randomly change during the installation process.
• The screen may black out intermittently during the installation process.
• A system crash may be observed while switching the GPU between High Performance and Power Saving modes.
• Eyefinity configurations may not be retained on reboot.
• System hibernation may not be available with certain hardware configurations.
• Blu-Ray playback may not function with PowerDVD 10.
• 3D output may not be available when using PowerDVD 10.
