Step 2 – Who made the product?
Warranty is provided by the System Builder that installed the graphics card into their pre-built computer package. System Builders can vary from smaller, local computer shops and online vendors, to larger OE manufacturers. For example, Radeon graphics and Wonder products are commonly licensed by OEMs, and utilize AMD’s brand to market the product. Although often similar to a retail packaged version of the product, they can be custom-built to unique specifications, and as such these products are warranted by the System Builder only.
